One Scholarship of $400.00 sponsored by the Phantom Jazz Community Band and Bathurst Community Concert Band will be offered this year to students who intend to pursue their studies at a post-secondary institution such as University, Community College, etc.
Student must be a graduate of Bathurst High School for the current year of study.
Any Bathurst High School graduate is eligible regardless of field of study however, preference will be given to those pursuing:
Scholarship will be awarded based on the response to the application prompt, extra-curricular participation, and reasonable academic achievement, in that order.

- Other Fine Arts Programs.
- Additional consideration will be given to students who have contributed to relevant music communities in the following order:
- a local community band for 1 or more years,
- school band for 1 or more years
- school choir for 1 or more years.
